Ministry of Foreign affairs and Expatriates //Trump’s Team Encourages the Occupation to Bypass the Red Lines in its Aggression against Jerusalem and its Citizens

The occupation authorities and its organs continue to escalate their fierce assault on occupied East Jerusalem its sanctities, neighborhoods and citizens. In recent days, we have been witnessing an unjust and continuous aggression against the town of Issawiya. This morning, the Israeli occupation forces and the armed policemen stormed Al- Makassed Hospital, and further imprisoned the Minister of Jerusalem Affairs Fadi al-Hadmi after raiding his house and the destruction of its contents, in light of the continued arbitrary arrests and the municipality's continuous campaigns to deliver notices of demolitions to Palestinians living in Jerusalem and the imposition of seizure on the properties of Jerusalemites.

The Ministry condemns, in the strongest terms, the occupation campaigns against the Holy City and its citizens and considers it an extension of the campaigns of incitement and the absolute support offered by Trump and his team to the occupation and its practices. The support of Greenblatt and others like him encourages the occupation to bypass the red lines and ignore any caveats imposed by international law regarding dealing with Palestinians, and here we recommend Greenblatt to review the four Geneva Conventions.

The Ministry affirms that the occupying state is in a state of colonial hysteria in its policy towards the Jerusalemites, which is reflected in the enormity  and the brutality of its attack, which is particularly evident in Issawiya, Silwan, Tur, Jabal Mukaber, Sur Baher, Qalandia and all the towns in Jerusalem and all the streets and alleys of the Old City.
