Ministry of Foreign affairs and expatriate: Applying of the international protection resolution would reduce the continuing field executions against our people

The heinous crimes of the field executions committed by the occupying forces and their various organs against our people have recently intensified with clear orders and instructions from the political level of the occupying Power. The scene of these crimes is the death traps on the roads and their separation between Palestinian cities and towns, and the occupation forces use military barriers, whether permanent or mobile, to carry out their field executions to kill as many Palestinian citizens as possible under flimsy pretexts and excuses, to the extent that they are The departure of a Palestinian citizen from any vehicle on those streets is a risk and an unknown journey that may lead to his life without posing any danger to the Israeli occupation soldiers, as well as to the terrorist militias who move freely with their weapons, ambush and attack Palestinian citizens, whether By firing at them or with stones in order to kill as happened with the mother Citizen Aisha al-Raibi. According to the Hebrew media and the reports of many local and Israeli rights organizations, the cases in which the occupying forces executed Palestinian citizens without cause or justification only their desire to kill and disregard for the lives of Palestinian citizens. The last of these crimes happened at dawn today when the Israeli occupation forces executed the young man (Salama Kaabneh, 22 years old) at a military checkpoint in the occupied Jordan Valley.

While condemning in the strongest terms the field executions committed by the occupying forces and the armed militias of the settlers against our people, the Ministry affirms that this situation, which is illegal and very unacceptable and must not continue, the lives of our citizens are in constant danger and they are in great need of protection. Our demands for international protection for our people have therefore been right, which has been translated through the United Nations General Assembly resolution under a united for peace agenda item. The ministry continues to call on the United Nations and its Secretary-General to submit practical proposals on how to implement that resolution on the ground, to put an end to the field executions, and to provide international protections to our Palestinian people as long as the occupation is on our soil, this claim will take different forms At many levels in order to provide the minimum international protection for our people.
