Minister Dr. Malki inaugurates humanitarian aid exhibition in Warsaw

 Minister of Foreign Affairs and expatriates Dr. Riad Malki opened on Tuesday morning the (Humanitarian aid exhibition), which was co-organized by the presidency and the Polish Foreign Ministry in the capital city of Warsaw, as part of His Excellency's visit to Poland at the invitation of the Foreign Minister. In his opening speech, the Minister stressed the importance of humanitarian assistance and the importance of cooperation and efforts to promote it. He also stressed the importance of the international community's respect for international humanitarian law and that the state of Palestine was doing its best to provide humanitarian assistance through the Palestinian Agency for International Cooperation (PICA), and His Excellency also participated in a panel discussion on the challenges facing aid Humanity.

The Polish foreign minister, in his turn, stressed that the Palestinian issue was among his Government's priorities and that Poland would continue to support the Palestinian people in various fields. His Excellency also toured with Polish President Andrzej Duda and Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz. They were touring the exhibition halls, which included wings for all local and international institutions working in the humanitarian field.

Meanwhile, the foreign minister has put the parliamentary committee in support of Palestine in the Polish Parliament in the form of developments in the region due to the occupation practices and the recent US actions and their negative effects on the security and stability of the region, expressing his appreciation for the efforts The Committee and its members to promote the Polish-Palestinian relations at various political, economic, cultural, religious, educational and touristic levels.

Shortly before his departure from Warsaw, the foreign minister met with Vice-President of the Parliament, Mrs. Muguata Bonńska, and discussed developments in the regional and international arenas, the importance of the international community's involvement in achieving security and stability in the world, and in particular the efforts to push Israel (the occupying Power To abide by the decisions of the international community and the UN system to spare the region the scourge of war and protect the lives of civilians, especially since we are in a state of political stalemate by the Israeli internal front, adding that we want security, stability and peace to be achieved in the region in ways Through dialogue, the Palestinian leadership is making an effort to create an international mechanism to help everyone reach a solution to the problems and crises of the region away from unilateral steps or the confiscation of the decisions of the international community by the United States. For her part, Ms. Ponska explained that Palestinian society deserved a secure and stable state with East Jerusalem as its capital, and that there was no alternative to dialogue in order to reach a just and comprehensive peace that would bring development to all the peoples of the region.
