Ministry Of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate: We Are Following the File of the Martyrdom of Prisoner Baroud with the Competent International Authorities and Courts.

 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and expatriates condemns, in the strongest terms, the crime of medical negligence committed by the so-called prison Service of the occupying Power, which led to end of the life of the captive, fares Baroud, and considers it a reflection of the mentality of killing and hatred that controls the joints of the occupying Power and its various sectors, in disregard of the life and rights of Palestinians guaranteed by international covenants and norms.

The ministry, holds the Israeli Government and its President, Benjamin Netanyahu, the full and direct responsibility for the martyrdom of prisoner Baroud, and in pursuing this dossier with the competent international courts and tribunals, foremost among them the International Criminal Court, to ensure that those responsible for this crime and others are held accountable and accountable Of crimes, it calls upon the competent authorities and organizations, foremost the International Red Cross, to assume their responsibilities towards the heroic prisoners and to compel the occupation authorities to abide by international law and international humanitarian law.
