Minister Malki receives a copy of the nomination papers of the Japanese Representative accredited to Palestine
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Dr. Riad Malki, received at the ministry headquarters in Ramallah, a copy of the nomination papers of the Japanese representative to Palestine, Ambassador Masayuki Magoshi.
At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Malki welcomed Ambassador Magoshi and praised Japan's support to the Palestinian institutions in many fields and their contribution to the development and building of Palestinian capabilities, stressing the importance of developing and strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
Minister Malki also praised Japan's stances in support of the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people in international forums. He also called for Japan to recognize the Palestinian state.
For his part, Ambassador Magoshi expressed his happiness with the new tasks entrusted to him, stressing that he will work with all his energies to strengthen and develop relations between the two countries and expand them to include other areas. Japan will continue to provide support to the Palestinian people and government.
