International Community Role

The international community is the under the obligation: 


1-Not to recognize the unlawful situation resulting from Israel’s violations, including: 
a. Not to recognize Israel’s unilateral changes to the 1967 borders, including as regards Jerusalem, and taking all necessary actions to consolidate these borders; 


2- Not to render aid or assistance in committing and maintaining Israel’s violations, including: 
a. Taking all necessary measures to prevent any form of involvement with illegal settlement regime by state institutions, companies, entities or individuals; 
b. Banning products originating from Israeli settlements; 
c. Ensuring that business enterprises domiciled in their territory or under their jurisdiction do not participate in violations of international law relating to Palestinian rights, including by severing ties with economic actors involved, directly or indirectly, in violations of international law in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem; 
d. Freezing accounts and/or banning the transfer of funds and tax exemptions provided to organizations, including charities that fund groups and organizations implicated in support to settlements and their associated regime, terrorist attacks, hate crimes, and incitement against Palestinian civilians; 
e. Ending the provision and/or sale of arms and other military equipment used to perpetrate such violations. 


3- Ensure respect for international law and accountability, including, 
a. Take all necessary measures nationally and multilaterally to compel Israel to respect its obligations under international law; 
b. Supporting all efforts for accountability at national and international levels; 
c. Making public statements and taking action against the Israeli Government and all individuals, officials, and organizations involved in perpetuating, encouraging, financing, and/or inciting,  violations in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem; 
d. Applying measures of retorsion, adopting lawful countermeasures and resorting to penal measures to repress violations of international law; 
e. Holding accountable settlers’ armed groups and instigators of violence, including those involved in ‘price tag’ attacks and other terrorist groups and their supporters, by taking all necessary legal and financial decisions in this regard; 
f. Prosecuting thoseresponsibleof violations and crimes including nationals holding dual citizenship and serving in the Israeli occupation army and participating in the violation of IHL;  
g. Supporting national and international efforts to bring suspected perpetrators of serious violations of international law to justice. 


4- Support the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people,includingto self-determination, including, 
a. Recognizing the State of Palestine on 1967 borders; 
b. Supporting politically, legally, economically and financiallythefulfilment of the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people. 
c. Support actions pursued by Palestine at the multilateral level which are consistent with international law and consistent with the stated goal of pursuing political, legal, and other non-violent avenues to realize the inalienable rights of our people.
