Minister Shahin Meets with Senior Adviser at the European Institute of Peace
Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Varsen Shahin met with Annika Söder, Senior Adviser at the European Institute of Peace (EIP), to discuss the latest political developments and the current situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
During the meeting, Minister Shahin briefed Söder on the prevailing conditions and the challenges facing the Palestinian people amid the ongoing Israeli violations. She underscored the importance of intensifying international efforts to support Palestinian rights and bring an end to the occupation.
For her part, Söder presented the Institute’s key projects and programs in Palestine, particularly its efforts to amplify Palestinian voices in European capitals and support initiatives aimed at realizing the two-State solution through dialogue and mediation.
The two sides also discussed ways to enhance cooperation in the coming period in support of efforts to advance and protect Palestinian rights.
